Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sande products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We gladly accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (e.g. credit card to credit card, PayPal to PayPal, Afterpay to Afterpay).
Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to make a return, please email support@sandekids.com and we will provide return instructions.

If you are seeking an exchange, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

 

Warranty & Product Quality

We stand by the quality of our products and work closely with trusted manufacturers to ensure a high standard across our range.

All Sande products are covered by a 3-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers faults or defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@sandekids.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Each claim will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Product Fit – Waterproof Car Seat & Pram Liner

Our Waterproof Car Seat & Pram Liner is designed to fit most forward-facing car seats (6 months to 4 years), prams, and strollers.

We recommend reviewing the product measurements prior to purchase to ensure compatibility with your intended seat.
