Shipping
- We offer a flat rate of $9 for standard shipping anywhere in Australia.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120 (Australia only).
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your delivery. Orders to WA may take up to 10 business days depending on location.
International orders
- We now offer a flat rate of $15 for standard international shipping to the USA and New Zealand.
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. Please allow 9-12 business days to receive your delivery.
- Please be aware, international orders may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
- For countries not eligible for shipping via our website, customers can email hello@sandekids.com with the items they would like to purchase and their delivery destination – we will reply with estimated shipping costs to this location.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or fees which may apply in your destination country.
- International orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are in stock.
